Deposit for Painting Party

By purchasing or using a ticket to this event, you agree to the following:

 

CANCELLATIONS

PUBLIC PAINT NIGHTS:

You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the event.  In the event of a cancellation, credit will be issued for a future painting party. This credit is transferable and expires 1 year from original purchase date.

PRIVATE PAINTING PARTIES: 

You may cancel up to 1 week prior to event date and recieve a full refund less any deposit.  You may cancel between one week and 24 hours before event  to receive a full refund less $300.  No refund will be issued for any cancelation made within 24 hours of event.

Further, Bright Life Creative may cancel AT ANY TIME in the event of events beyond its reasonable control such as venue shutdowns, venue changes, power outages, COVID-19, governmental interference, internet service provider disruptions, and more.

 

ALCOHOL POLICY

By participating, you acknowledge that Bright Life Creative will not provide or serve any alcoholic beverages. Further, you agree that you will not serve minors alcohol. Further, you acknowledge that Bright Life Creative Studio is not liable for any consequences of alcohol consumption including but not limited to accidents, damages or criminal culpability.

COVID-19 POLICY

You understand that you paint at your own risk. You acknowledge that reasonable precautions are being taken by Bright Life Creative Studio to keep everyone safe, but acknowledge there are risks in gathering in any circumstance. You agree that you are aware of these risks and take full responsibility for your own safety and health. Further, you agree that that Bright Life Creative Studio is not liable for any illness or sickness spread by its employees or any event attendees. You also agree to be considerate of others’ health concerns and sensitivities.

 

PHOTOS AND VIDEO RECORDINGS

By participating in this painting party, you understand that participants might be taking photos or videos, and permit the use of your image or likeness for personal use. Further, you acknowledge that Bright Life Creative Studio may use my image or likeness for use in social media, website or other marketing materials.​

 

FACILITY

You agree that Bright Life Creative Studio is not liable for any type of injury or damage resulting from the use of the facility in which it holds events. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold Bright Life Creative and the facility owner harmless against any and all lawsuits that are not a result of reckless or intentional acts or omissions.
